Each piece is ethically produced and handcrafted from scratch to finish by our dedicated team of artisans in our charming and cohesive workshop/studio. Each stage of production is diligently overseen, from melting and making the Sterling Alloy to finishing, to ensure highest quality of each piece.

xRETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We strive to ensure that your orders reach you as soon as possible. After placing an order, you will instantly receive a confirmation e-mail with details of your order. It will then be our priority to swiftly dispatch your order. Usually, all items are sourced from our warehouse and dispatched within 48 hours (provided it is a business day).

This is how you can exchange an item:
1. E-mail us at amnashariff@gmail.com and request an exchange.
2. Tell us the reason for exchanging the item by sending us a picture. We will not accept it in case the product is not in its original state.
3. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address once we receive the package.
4. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
