Each stage of production is diligently overseen, from melting and making the Sterling Alloy to finishing, to ensure highest quality of each piece. 2. Tell us the reason for exchanging the item by sending us a picture. We will not accept it in case the product is not in its original state.

3. We will send your chosen replacement item in exchange to your address once we receive the package.

4. Please keep in mind you are responsible for the exchange shipping cost.
